本單元的“網(wǎng)友”話題，綜合了以前學(xué)過的年齡，學(xué)科，和興趣愛好等話題，在教學(xué)中，教師可以鼓勵學(xué)生用學(xué)過的知識對自己的朋友或者網(wǎng)友進行綜合的介紹。本單元的story time 中談?wù)摰娜宋锸且粋�英國男孩，教師可以在課前安排學(xué)生瀏覽網(wǎng)頁， 查閱有冠英國的一些概況，待課堂上和大家一起交流，分享。同時教師也要在課前準(zhǔn)備以寫英語國家（如： 英國，美國，加拿大， 澳大利亞）的背景圖片，尤其是英國的圖片為主。根據(jù)學(xué)生的年齡特點，教師可以采用游戲的方式，讓學(xué)生在愉悅輕松的氛圍中掌握所學(xué)知識。

一、 能聽懂、會說、會讀、會寫句型：Does he/she „?及回答Yes, he/she does. No, he/she doesn’t. 
二、 能聽懂、會說、會讀單詞：詞匯： e-friend， email， live，study，china,  tomorrow,  sit,  by,  UK,  Austrialia, Canada, US 
三、語音：字母w在單詞中的讀音。

一、 能聽懂、會說、會讀、會寫句型：Does he/she „?及回答Yes, he/she does.No,he/she doesn’t.

Let’s play a game. Guess the countries. 
教師通過多媒體呈現(xiàn)課前準(zhǔn)備好的有關(guān)英語國家（如： 英國，美國，加拿大， 澳大利亞）的背景圖片，主要是標(biāo)志性建筑，代表性動物等。讓學(xué)生來猜目標(biāo)的國家單詞。 
T: Look, these are kangroos.  What country is it? S: It’s Austrialia. 
T: Yes, it’s Austrialia.(講授Austrialia這個單詞) 
T: These are maples.in  autumn, the leaves turn red. It’s Canada(講授Canada這個單詞) 
T: We can see a Big Ben in London ,the UK(講授UK這個單詞) T: This is the Statue of Liberty. You can see it in the USA(講授USA這個單詞) 
T: We are Chinese , we are from China(講授China這個單詞) 
教師請學(xué)生呈現(xiàn)自己的來自美國的好朋友畫像， 然后教師嘗試詢問好朋友的情況。 T: Who is he ? 
S: He’s my friend Tom. T: How old is he ?   S: He’s

T: What does your friend like doing after school? S: Can you guess? 
T: OK . Does he like playing football?   S: Yes, he does. T: Does he like English?   S: Yes, he does.  
教師和學(xué)生師范， 引導(dǎo)學(xué)生work in pairs ask and answer。 Step 3 Story time Task 1: Watch and answer (1) What’s the boy’s name? (2) Where does he live? 
(3) What does your friend like doing? Task 2 ：Make a card       
根據(jù)課文， 完成信息卡， 并要求同學(xué)試著用所學(xué)的知識， 詢問同學(xué)的朋友， 以了解朋友。達到鞏固句型的目的。

A: OK . Does he like playing football? B: Yes, he does. A: Does he like English? B: Yes, he does. „ Task 3： Let’s read !

1. Read the story time for 10 minutes and try to recite it. 2. Try to make sentences by using new sentence patterns. 3. Preview Fun time and Grammar time.
