學情分析: 八年級的學生的學生經過一年的學習,有了一定的英語基礎知識和聽說能力,初步形成合作探究意識。本課教材貼近生活,只要鼓勵學生使用英語表達信息,他們也能將知識運用于實際交流之中。例如,在學習了上一課之后,學生已經學會使用---May I take your order? ---I’d like Beijing Roast Duck.
以及Anything else? ---That’s all. 進行簡單的點餐和回答。
但很多同學基礎知識不扎實,所以我調整了聽力任務,從掌握聽力材料的大意,過渡到聽細節題目。并且在聽完之后讓他們小組互幫互助,在學生的相互交流中,進一步提升他們的英語能力。

1. 知識目標:
學習新單詞: main course, bean, carrot, dessert, lemon ,wine 學會正確使用就餐語言: ---What would you like? --- I’d like fried rice. 2. 技能目標:
(1)能聽懂有關訂餐和就餐的對話,識別主題,并獲取主要信息。
(2)能在教師的指導下參與角色扮演有關訂餐和就餐的對話。 過程與方法:
在語境中借助思維導圖學習食物新單詞,符合學生的認知規律。
在能聽懂關于訂餐、就餐的對話后,自編對話運用到生活實際中去。
情感態度與價值觀: 有學習英語的愿望和興趣,樂于參與各種英語實踐活動。
教學重點:
(1)繼續學習在餐館的就餐用語。
(2)學習打電話訂餐。
教學難點: 能利用所學語言進行訂餐和就餐的對話。

在從詞到句子的練習之后,學生能夠更好地掌握核心詞和重點句型。

首先,聽第一遍錄音,讓學生學會概括對話的大意。
