教學(xué) 重點 掌握與話題有關(guān)的重點步驟詞匯，動詞的應(yīng)用和食物數(shù)量的表達(dá)，學(xué)會用本課目標(biāo)語言敘述菜譜。 
教學(xué) 難點 在書寫過程中準(zhǔn)確表達(dá)菜譜步驟，正確使用動詞來描述過程。

In the morning, let’s have something delicious!  Enjoy the short video about how to make a sandwich, let students take some notes and retell the recipe.

Let the students retell the ingredients they have heard one by one, and try to tell the recipe according to the video.      
【指導(dǎo)調(diào)控】Exercise 3a 
For lunch, let’s have something special~  
Read the recipe about Yunnan rice noodles below and fill in the blanks with the words in the box.  
【歸納總結(jié)】 
Summarize the important verbs and tell the students to use them correctly to make your recipe better:  1. verbs: put, mix, cut, fry ,cut…into pieces, add …  
【自主完成】 
 1. Watch the video and take some notes 
 2. Share what the ingredients are and the recipe they know.    
Share the answers they have written: 
First, put eggs, sugar and salt together and mix them. Next, cut the sausage into pieces. 
Then, fry the bread, sausage and eggs with butter. Then, cut tomatoes into pieces. 
Then, add some peanut butter and others on the bread. Finally, put another slice of bread on top.   
Finish the exercise and discuss in the group, pay attention the words in the box, then, try to retell the recipe according to the information in Chinese.

In the evening, let’s have something traditional~  Let the students say the traditional food they know and discuss in groups how to make dumplings. Then write a recipe for dumplings. Let the students use the verbs, steps and the numbers. Then share in the open class.   
【Group work】  Crazy Recipe 
Make up a crazy recipe with your partner. Then tell another pair of students how to make this crazy food and draw a picture to show it。  
【擴(kuò)展提升】 
Food can make you full, creativity can bring you a colorful life. If you combine them together, that will make your life full of colors  
   
Do the exercise by themselves, check the answers in the open class.    
Read the dialogues in pairs. Try to understand when we should much and many while checking the answers.

First, cut up the meat and vegetables to make stuffing.  Next, mix up the flour and the water. 
Then, put the stuffing into the flour cover. Finally, put them into the pot to boil them.
