Unit 1 We’re still influenced by Confucius’s ideas.
一、教學(xué)內(nèi)容分析:
本課是外研版新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)英語九年級(jí)上Module7Unit1的第一課時(shí)。本模塊的話題是圍繞名人、名著展開的。第一單元的對(duì)話是由貝蒂想?yún)⒓右粋(gè)網(wǎng)上有關(guān)名著的討論而展開的。貝蒂和杰克遜先生的對(duì)話提及了孔子和莎士比亞這樣的偉人,學(xué)生可以由此展開討論,總結(jié)自己喜歡的作家,討論名著,與大家分享感受。對(duì)話呈現(xiàn)了被動(dòng)語態(tài)的用法,學(xué)生可以在真實(shí)的語境中感受這一抽象的語法現(xiàn)象。 二、學(xué)習(xí)者分析:
學(xué)生對(duì)本模塊的知識(shí)有一定的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),可以在已有知識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,豐富詞匯和語法,討論自己喜愛的作家作品,鍛煉綜合語言運(yùn)用能力。 三、教學(xué)目標(biāo): 語言知識(shí)目標(biāo):

4. 語音:能夠辨認(rèn)并掌握句子重音

情感目標(biāo):
1. 通過學(xué)習(xí),加深對(duì)中國傳統(tǒng)文化的了解,加強(qiáng)對(duì)西方名著作家、戲劇家及其文學(xué)作品的了解
2. 通過學(xué)習(xí),樹立好讀書、多讀書、讀好書的意識(shí),通過讀書,不斷豐富自己的學(xué)識(shí)

(一)Warming-up
Step 1 Play a brainteaser教師通過有趣的腦筋急轉(zhuǎn)彎和含有被動(dòng)語態(tài)的提示引出話題book What has leaves but it’s not a plant?
Hints: It is used at class by teachers and students.
It is made of paper.
It has many pages. (頁= 葉leaves)
Step 2 教師展示三本學(xué)生熟悉的名著引導(dǎo)學(xué)生在book前添加修飾性的形容詞,引出great books
環(huán)節(jié)點(diǎn)評(píng):
運(yùn)用白板的拉幕功能設(shè)計(jì)了有關(guān)書的腦筋急轉(zhuǎn)彎,引起學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣;在學(xué)生補(bǔ)充形容詞的同時(shí)引導(dǎo)學(xué)生更好地理解great book的重要意義,從而引入本模塊的標(biāo)題。 (二)Task
Step 3 Task: “雖時(shí)光流逝,唯書籍不朽!”為了激勵(lì)更多的同學(xué)閱讀,校英文廣播站將開展一個(gè)訪談節(jié)目,主題是“你喜愛的偉大作家和他的作品”。如果你被邀請(qǐng)當(dāng)嘉賓,你會(huì)如何介紹你心中的作家呢?
教師提問,要完成這個(gè)任務(wù),這節(jié)課會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)什么?
環(huán)節(jié)點(diǎn)評(píng):
在課前先提出task, 讓學(xué)生明確本節(jié)課的最終任務(wù),教學(xué)過程的一切為此任務(wù)服務(wù),這是個(gè)task-based,即任務(wù)型教學(xué)的設(shè)計(jì)。
(三)Experience

Step 8 Read again and answer the questions. What's Mr. Jackson's opinions about Confucius?
Do you agree with the opinion “Confucius was a very wise man”? Why or why not?
教師通過答案里出現(xiàn)的句式結(jié)構(gòu)He accepts/thinks/supposes…/I can learn about…提問“用這些結(jié)構(gòu)可以表達(dá)什么?”,引出opinion.
Step 9 Conclude the framework
How to introduce a great writer colorfully and logically(有邏輯的)?
教師通過之前幾個(gè)活動(dòng)練習(xí),讓學(xué)生自己總結(jié)寫出,brief introduction, works, influence, opinion, 框架補(bǔ)充完整。
環(huán)節(jié)點(diǎn)評(píng):
學(xué)生體驗(yàn)環(huán)節(jié)包括看視頻、聽力填表、閱讀填表、閱讀回答問題、總結(jié)框架五部分,這五部分的設(shè)計(jì)旨在通過不同的教學(xué)活動(dòng)完成一個(gè)有關(guān)如何介紹great writer的框架。通過欣賞視頻,學(xué)生可以輕松而愉悅的找出要討論的三個(gè)作家和他們的作品;通過第一個(gè)聽力,學(xué)生可以總結(jié)出每位作家的基本介紹;通過第二個(gè)聽力和閱讀對(duì)話,學(xué)生可以總結(jié)出每位作家的影響,在此過程中感知被動(dòng)語態(tài)的使用情境;通過再次閱讀回答問題,學(xué)生可以總結(jié)出如何發(fā)表自己的觀點(diǎn),兩個(gè)問題的設(shè)置有梯度,第一個(gè)是簡(jiǎn)單的搜素信息類,第二個(gè)是開放性的發(fā)表觀點(diǎn)類,在闡述答案的過程中能夠應(yīng)用表達(dá)觀點(diǎn)的句式;最后,給出框架,學(xué)生可以根據(jù)以上表格的各列將框架補(bǔ)充完整,為下一步的任務(wù)輸出做準(zhǔn)備。

Step 10 Practise reading
兩個(gè)人一組練習(xí)對(duì)話的朗讀,提醒學(xué)生注意語音、語調(diào)和重音。 Step 11Retell the dialogue according to the form in groups.
小組進(jìn)行復(fù)述,每個(gè)學(xué)生都要求發(fā)言。

Step 12 A talk show about great writers and their works
6人一個(gè)小組,完成一次脫口秀的展示。首先,根據(jù)小組合作理論分配角色,在每個(gè)小組成員明確自己的任務(wù)后進(jìn)行練習(xí),并選擇兩組進(jìn)行表演。 1 student : the leader of the group

根據(jù)本節(jié)課的重難點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)4個(gè)翻譯句子,讓學(xué)生現(xiàn)場(chǎng)完成,教師進(jìn)行同步批改,再統(tǒng)一反饋。

此環(huán)節(jié)是最后的應(yīng)用,將本節(jié)課所學(xué)習(xí)到的框架和語言知識(shí)用到真實(shí)的任務(wù)中,在使用所學(xué)語言做事情的過程中發(fā)展語言能力,成為課堂的主人公,靈活運(yùn)用語言這一工具表達(dá)自己的真情實(shí)感,同時(shí)小組合作活動(dòng)能夠培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的互幫互助及合作精神。
