【教學目標】 
語言知識：1.能夠聽懂、會說句型: Kangaroos live in Australia. Kangaroos eat grass and 
leaves. They drink water. 
2.能夠聽說讀寫單詞：back leaves 
語言技能：能夠運用Where do they live? What do they eat/ drink?句型進行問答，談?wù)?br /> 動物的習性。 
學習策略：注意傾聽、觀察、比較、討論、積極地與他人合作，共同完成任務(wù)。 
情感態(tài)度：培養(yǎng)學生樂于參與英語交流活動和樹立學生喜愛動物、熱愛生活的生活態(tài)度。 文化意識：了解澳大利亞動物kangaroo的生活習性。 【學情分析】 
    四年級的學生活潑好動、思維活躍、想象力豐富，對于本模塊關(guān)于澳洲袋鼠和考拉等動 物的學習中表現(xiàn)出強烈的興趣。之前已經(jīng)學習過“一般現(xiàn)在時”，但是感知、理解新語言項 目并靈活運用與實踐的能力還不強，需要教師遵循趣味性、活動性、運用性相結(jié)合教學的原則，運用現(xiàn)代化教學手段，通過SMART課件營造互動課堂，創(chuàng)建多個以實際生活為情境的層次性練習來提升學生的綜合語用能力，引領(lǐng)學生進一步談?wù)?ldquo;動物習性”的話題。 【設(shè)計理念】 
新課程理念倡導(dǎo)互動的課堂教學模式，學生進行自主、探究、合作、開放性的學習。本課按照學生的學習情感發(fā)展為主線來組織教學，教學中通過SMART白板呈現(xiàn)大量生動、形象的語言信息材料，設(shè)計有淺入深、引人入境的教學活動，在活動中開始，在情景中操練，在運用中創(chuàng)新，強化學生語言知識，提高語用能力。變被動輸入學習為主動探究學習，充分地發(fā)揮了學生學習過程中的自主性和創(chuàng)造性。同時注重引導(dǎo)孩子們樹立正確學習和生活觀念，教學實現(xiàn)語言能力與學習情感同步發(fā)展。 【教學重、難點】 
教學重點：用一般現(xiàn)在時描述動物的習性 
教學難點：單詞grass和leaf的單復(fù)數(shù)變化；單詞back的音、形、義 【教具準備】多媒體課件，動物卡片，學生學習任務(wù)單 【教學活動】 
【環(huán)節(jié)一】Warming up 情境導(dǎo)入 話題交流  a. 熱身活動:做動作，唱歌曲WHY OH WHY? 
T: This girl is looking at the sky. Why is she looking at the sky? S1: Because She lost her kangaroo kite. b. 自由談?wù)?復(fù)習Why„? Because„句式 
T: In Unit One Lingling asks Amy: Why do you like Australia?  
S2: Because they love Australian animals.（koala、kangaroo分兩組組評比） T: What animal do you like? And why?  
e.g. I like tigers,because they’re very strong. c. 觀看活動一動畫視頻，跟讀并兩人表演： 
I eat grass. I drink water. Do you eat ice cream? Yes,I do. 
找規(guī)律：grass water icecream不可數(shù)；動詞drink eat原形屬于一般現(xiàn)在時。 
(設(shè)計意圖：良好的開端是成功的一半。白板播放并演唱歌曲< Why >營造積極活躍的課堂氣氛的同時，學生進行了舊知“Why...？Because....”句型的再憶和提取。Free talk詢問“喜歡什么動物？”自然引入談?wù)搫游镌掝}。教材活動一的學習，教師點撥學生關(guān)注時態(tài)中動詞

Today we’ll take up Module 9 Unit 2, learn to use the simple present tense to describe the behavior of animals, and then introduce your favorite animal, Ok?   (設(shè)計意圖：白板呈現(xiàn)，強調(diào)本課學習任務(wù)。)  
【環(huán)節(jié)三】Text learning 課文學習 問題探究  a. 觀看課文內(nèi)容錄像，概括主題，并跟讀。  T: What’s this video about?  Ss: It’s about kangaroos.  選詞填空：Australia Australian 
Kangaroos are ______ animals. Kangaroos live in ______. 板書課題：Module9 Unit2 Kangaroos live in Australia. b. 小組交流，匯報提出問題。 Where do they live? How do they jump? 
What does the mother kangaroo has? What do they eat and drink? c. 小組交流，查找問題答案:  
1. They jump on their back legs.  
學習單詞back,強調(diào)字母a在閉音節(jié)中的發(fā)音， 白板隨機書寫拓展詞語cat bag dad bad等。 
趣味練讀：A fat black cat is on a fat black rat’s back. 
2. 觀看視頻：The mother kangaroo has a special bag for her baby.  3. They eat grass and leaves. 
      圖片解析：leaf（單數(shù)）——leave（復(fù)數(shù)）grass（單數(shù)）——grass（復(fù)數(shù)） 4. They drink milk. d. 再讀課文，整體記憶。

 (設(shè)計意圖: 微課視頻呈現(xiàn)本課內(nèi)容，調(diào)動學生眼、耳、口多種感官感知、理解，讓課本中隱性化、抽象化的語言知識變得形象、生動。學生是學習過程的主體，課文學習過程中學生自主交流、提出問題并解決問題，培養(yǎng)學生自主探究的學習能力。過程中，利用白板課件中圖片移動、克隆、隨機手寫等功能，突破語言知識的重、難點學習。通過三星等級評價學生課文朗讀、課文填空、依據(jù)語言框架復(fù)述課文的情況。)

(設(shè)計意圖：語句的學習是為了更好組合與運用。教師設(shè)計貼近學生生活實際的話題以提高學生運用語言的興趣。學生觀看動物介紹視頻，教師點撥創(chuàng)作要點，學生依據(jù)語言框架進行知識再構(gòu)表達。學生在白板上自主選擇動物，放大圖片并介紹，單人、兩人、多人組合展示，培養(yǎng)學生綜合語用及自主創(chuàng)作的能力。)  
【環(huán)節(jié)六】Summary and homework 作業(yè)布置 任務(wù)總結(jié)   a. 總結(jié): 1. 總結(jié)小組評比結(jié)果。 
2. 總結(jié)本課談?wù)搫游锪曅缘乃季S導(dǎo)圖。 
b. 作業(yè)：讀: Read and retell the text. 
說: Introduce your favorite animals to each other.
