一、學(xué)情分析 
本課時(shí)是一節(jié)聽(tīng)說(shuō)課,內(nèi)容難度不大。在學(xué)習(xí)本課之前，學(xué)生須掌握best, most creative, funniest, most quietest, most serious, loudest 等詞匯。對(duì)于基礎(chǔ)薄弱的學(xué)生，還需要在課前對(duì)這些詞進(jìn)行復(fù)習(xí)回顧，為本節(jié)課做好準(zhǔn)備。此外，八年級(jí)的學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)較重，因此也需要教師在課堂上運(yùn)用生動(dòng)活潑、形式多樣的教學(xué)手段來(lái)激發(fā)他們學(xué)習(xí)的熱情和積極性。 
二、教材分析 本課時(shí)是八年級(jí)Unit 4 Section B的一節(jié)聽(tīng)說(shuō)課。1a-1b要求學(xué)生通過(guò)反義詞對(duì)比和造句練習(xí)學(xué)習(xí)更多的形容詞,如:loudest, quietest, most boring, most creative,largest等.1a中形容詞正好是后面1c-1d的聽(tīng)力材料的詞匯儲(chǔ)備.1c-1d以學(xué)校才藝表演為話題展開(kāi)聽(tīng)力練習(xí),所聽(tīng)對(duì)話自然地運(yùn)用了形容詞的最高級(jí)形式,要求學(xué)生根據(jù)聽(tīng)力信息進(jìn)行回答,是對(duì)聽(tīng)力材料的信息轉(zhuǎn)述,談?wù)摰慕裹c(diǎn)是學(xué)校才藝表演中最...的人.

比如: loudest, most creative, most serious 等,對(duì)聽(tīng)力活動(dòng)做熱身,通過(guò)猜人游戲,練習(xí)學(xué)生的口頭表達(dá)。最后通過(guò)find out the talented students和Who is my idol兩項(xiàng)活動(dòng)：找出班里的最有才的學(xué)生，誰(shuí)是你的偶像，再次練習(xí)形容詞的最高級(jí)，練習(xí)口語(yǔ)，提高學(xué)生的自信心!
